This document is required reading for all visitors and users of Worlio LLC's websites and services (collectively, the “Services”). It outlines our rules, their purpose, enforcement actions, and how to avoid issues. By using our Services, you agree to comply with the following terms.
These rules apply across all Worlio LLC Services.
Worlio LLC strives to maintain impartiality in moderating content, users, and reports. We do not take action based on off-site activities due to challenges in verifying such claims. Our moderation team is expected to uphold high standards of neutrality and professionalism, and personal biases or grudges will not influence decisions.
In rare cases, our moderation team may unanimously decide to take action against a user who has not violated specific rules if their behavior significantly disrupts the community or degrades the quality of our Services. Such decisions will be made transparently and documented.
Specific rules for our forum are available at this thread.
Worlio LLC is based in the United States and operates under U.S. law. We will comply with lawful U.S. warrants and legal requests. We do not comply with foreign regulations that conflict with U.S. law or undermine the core principles of privacy, security, or individual rights.
To protect user data and privacy, Worlio LLC will not comply with foreign laws or regulations that jeopardize user security, privacy, or rights, including those enforced by entities such as the UK's OFCOM or Australia's eSafety Commissioner.
If you reside in a country with restrictive regulations, we recommend using a secure, trusted VPN to protect your privacy while accessing our Services.
Worlio LLC is committed to protecting children online and ensuring the safety and security of all users worldwide. Users must be at least 13 years old to register for an account on our Services. Adult content must be flagged and is restricted from minors until they verify their age or reach the age of majority. Messages and posts involving minors are screened and filtered for their safety.
Any user found to have misrepresented their age will face permanent account termination. If we have reason to believe a child's safety is at risk, Worlio LLC will contact law enforcement in the user's country of origin, providing relevant details to assist in any investigation. We will comply with lawful requests from law enforcement in the user's country to ensure the protection of our users globally.
Worlio LLC values free expression. We will not take action against users solely for expressing opinions or engaging in verbal disputes. Users can block others if interactions become problematic.
Moderation decisions are final unless new, verified information warrants reconsideration. Repeatedly submitting the same report will not alter our decision. Disagreements with others' opinions do not inherently constitute rule violations, and complaints about other users may reflect poorly on the complainant within the community.
